Whipedia is a marketplace platform — we are not a dealer, lender, or party to any vehicle transaction.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features such as saving searches, creating alerts, and listing vehicles, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Vehicle Listings
Whipedia displays inventory from third-party dealers and data providers. We do not own, inspect, or independently verify the accuracy of dealer-provided listings. Vehicle information including price, mileage, condition, and availability is provided by dealers and may change without notice. Always verify details directly with the dealer or seller before purchasing.
Private sellers who list vehicles on Whipedia represent that:
- They have legal ownership or authorization to sell the vehicle
- All information provided is accurate and not misleading
- The vehicle is not stolen and has no undisclosed liens or encumbrances
- They will comply with all applicable laws regarding vehicle sales
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Whipedia to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from our site
- Interfere with or disrupt the site's infrastructure or security
- Spam users or dealers with unsolicited communications
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law
- Use automated tools to submit forms or create accounts
6. Financing and Loan Inquiries
Whipedia facilitates connections between users and financing partners. Submitting a financing inquiry through our site does not guarantee loan approval or any specific terms. Financing is subject to credit approval by the applicable lender. Whipedia is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Whipedia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Vehicle information displayed on our site is provided by third parties and we make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whipedia and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, any vehicle transaction, or any errors in vehicle listings. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.
9. Intellectual Property
The Whipedia name, logo, and all content created by Whipedia (excluding third-party vehicle data) are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of Whipedia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of Whipedia after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
14. Marketplace Disclaimer
Whipedia is an independent automotive marketplace operated by Whipedia Inc. We are not a dealer, broker, or party to any vehicle transaction. All listings are provided by third-party sellers — dealers and private individuals — and Whipedia does not own, inspect, or warrant any vehicle listed on the platform.
Prices shown are advertised by third-party sellers and do not include taxes, registration fees, documentation charges, or any other amounts. Vehicle pricing and availability must be confirmed directly with the seller prior to purchase.
Whipedia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listing. Listings may be out of date, inaccurate, or no longer available at the time of viewing.
15. Financing Disclaimer
Whipedia is not a lender and does not make credit decisions, pull credit, or guarantee any rate or terms. If you submit a financing request, Whipedia may use the information you provide to help you explore financing options. Any financing is provided solely by third parties you choose to work with, and all credit decisions, rates, and terms are determined by those parties.

16. Canadian Market
For users on Whipedia Canada (whipedia.ca): all prices shown are in Canadian dollars (CAD) as advertised by third-party sellers and do not include applicable Canadian taxes including HST, GST, PST, or QST, or any licensing fees, documentation charges, or other amounts. Financing connections are made with participating Canadian lenders only. All other disclaimers in these Terms apply equally to the Canadian marketplace.
